OVER 40′S FITNESS DAY
9.30 AM Monday – Wednesday – Saturday. Class taken by Olympic World Coach DICK CAINE. Yes, you will be taken and taught the wonderful art of Pilates – Boxing – Spin Bike – Weights – Swimming and Fitness by the same man who has produced Olympic and World Champions in all major Sports. As a beginner starting off you will get the same care and attention as the many World Champions, that have had Dick prepare them for World Titles. 3 SESSIONS A WEEK $50 – 1 SESSION $20 includes Tutition – Swim – Sauna
TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS
Adults – Children, improve your Fitness – Condition – Stroke class for all standards. Swimming – Surf – Triathlon – Open Water – Fitness Session before and after School or Work. 5.30 AM Monday to Saturday or 5.30 PM Monday to Thursday - Adults. This team has produced Olympic and World Swimming Champions, World Marathon, Iron Persons and Triathlon Champions. All classes graded – Everyone given the same care!

Carss Park Swim Club will start back 5.45 PM Friday night 23rd October, 2010. Every second Friday we will be holding top level races, everyone is welcome!!!

We compete every Friday night, starting at in October at 5.45pm. Swimmers from other clubs are welcome to compete in our 50 metre heated Olympic Pool.
