PARTNER (JOINT OWNERS) CONDITIONS:
1. Dick and Jenny Caine will show their commitment by retaining and paying for 51% of all horses, "Putting their money where their mouth is"!
2. All partners (joint owners) will be given the full account details of
where the horse was purchased
from, so you can rightfully check the purchase price.
3. There will be NO BILLS whatsoever in the first
3 months!!!!
4. You will only pay one set weekly training fee of $125.00 for every 10% share
in four horses, there will be no extras like shoeing, floating, vitamins, etc.
5. All horses will only be trained by Jennifer and Dick Caine until sold.
6. A partners (joint owners) equity can be sold at any time but only to a person passed by the majority of partners (joint owners).
7. All horses will be sold on when they reach their mark, partners (joint owners) will have first offer of purchase.
8. Current partners (joint owners) will always have first offer of equity in any and all new horses.
