Jenny and Dick Caine have one promise: You won't get rich but you will make great friends and have a lot of fun!!! Actually, you will be in front right from day one because the Team Caine supporters club is free of all charges.
The terms and conditions of a Team Caine supporters membership is straight forward, there is no joining fee or entry fee, once you are asigned a membership number and added to our supporters register, you will be encouraged to cheer for all 'Team Caine' harness horses that are currently racing. You may also
receive special offers to attend sporting events, B-B-Q's and other selective social functions.
You will also receive news
bulletins, a regular newsletter, and all the gossip
from around the stables. The conditions for supporters who want to go to
the next level and become partners (joint owners) with Jenny and Dick Caine are clearly written below,
and are deemed to be the best conditions offered anywhere in Australia and are fair and honest.
PARTNER (JOINT OWNERS) CONDITIONS:
1. Dick and Jenny Caine will show their commitment by retaining and paying for 51% of all horses, "Putting their money where their mouth is"!
2. All partners (joint owners) will be given the full account details of the person the horse was purchased
from, so you can rightfully check the purchase price.
3. There will be NO BILLS whatsoever in the first 12 months!!!!
4. You will only pay one set weekly training fee of $25.00 for every 10% share, there will be no extras like shoeing, floating, vitamins, etc.
5. All horses will only be trained by Jennifer and Dick Caine Stables until sold.
6. A partners (joint owners) equity can be sold at any time but only to a person passed by the majority of partners (joint owners).
7. All horses will be sold on when they reach their mark, partners (joint owners) will have first offer of purchase.
8. Current partners (joint owners) will always have first offer of equity in any and all new horses.
