Great News for 2009
Kogarah Council has granted us a five year extension - meaning we will have a home until 2017.
At the last state age championships with only 10 swimmers competing under Carss Park, we finished 5th out of 130 clubs. We beat most other clubs that boast an indoor pool, full council funding etc. Remember , most of our team were unheard of last year and to finish 5th was a super effort. Winning Gold and breaking state records into the bargain is not bad!
Pool Shelter
This summer we will finish enclosing the shelter around both the Olympic Pool and Babes Pool, this will give both pools protection from the wind and rain.
Great Honour
Dick Caine has been awarded Citizen Of The Year and Australia Day Ambassador. You can read more about this wonderful honour on our Gallery page were we have half a dozen newspaper and magazine articles reprinted for you.
Gym Improvements for 2008
We have just installed ten (10) new Hammer machines giving our team one of the best equipped Cardio - Weight - Boxing facilities.

It was an honour for Carss Park and Dick Caine to prepare World Champion Anthony Mundine and Nader Hamden for their world title fights. A special thank you to both boys as well as Jeff Fenech, Johnny Lewis and Kostya Tszyu for giving their time in supporting our charity fundraisers.
Jenny & Dick Caine's Harness Racing Team
What a horse Bad Cat is, almost a maiden competing against the best 3yr olds in Australia. 2nd beaten an inch in the Australian Derby and 3rd in the Victorian Derby. Life's A Dream, 3 starts in NSW Sires Stakes races for 2 wins and one 2nd beaten a nose. From the last 20 starters we have had 16 placings, great work Jenny Caine.

Spin bike, water jog sessions, adult stroke correction, deep water jog sessions, 6pm Monday-Tuesday-Thursday - $12.00 per session. Ideal for all ages, improve your swimming, great for those with heart, breathing, joint and back problems.
Ladies Only Sessions
1.45 pm Mon-Tue-Thur - $12.00 per session, cardio, boxersize, pilates, spin bike and swim - $12.00, classes ideal for those starting back on the road to fitness health.
